Ms. Diana Ulis is the Founder and CEO of Admire Capital, a South Florida–based real estate investment management firm focused on multifamily, hospitality, and neighborhood redevelopment. An entrepreneur by background, she brings a human-centric investment philosophy shaped by her early work in childhood development education, viewing real estate as a catalyst for long-term community stability and growth.
At Admire Capital, Ms. Ulis leads a coalition of high-conviction investors and developers, identifying undervalued opportunities and unlocking their potential through disciplined capital deployment and focused execution. Keshal Parekh is a seasoned private equity executive with over 18 years of experience sourcing, structuring, and executing investment decisions while driving transformative growth across portfolio companies. His experience spans real estate, hospitality, and diversified operating platforms, with a consistent track record of generating strong returns.

Recognized for his disciplined investment judgment, strategic insight, and operational rigor, he has successfully stewarded capital through multiple market cycles. He currently serves on the boards of select portfolio companies, condominium associations, and nonprofit organizations, providing governance oversight and strategic direction.

Development Associate

Lexi Ortiz is a Development Associate supporting the execution of residential and mixed-use projects that contribute to long-term value creation and community-focused development. My role centers on project management and cross-functional coordination, working closely with ownership, architects, developers, construction teams, and marketing partners to ensure projects advance efficiently and remain aligned with strategic objectives.
With a professional background in luxury hospitality, I bring a service-driven, detail-oriented approach to development operations. Experience in high-touch environments informs how I manage relationships, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and track milestones—supporting timely delivery while upholding a high standard of quality and care across each project.

Dominic Wynn

Development Associate

Dominic Wynn is a Development Associate at Admire Capital, where he supports the execution of luxury single-family, townhome, condominium, mixed-use, and multifamily developments. His role spans acquisitions, financial modeling, capital structuring, and project execution, contributing to projects from early underwriting through construction and delivery.
Prior to joining Admire Capital, Dominic was an Investment Analyst at The Peebles Corporation, where he supported due diligence, financial modeling, and investor materials across multiple asset classes. He began his career through internships with Hines and Colliers, gaining experience in underwriting, market research, and investment analysis. His experience across both the financial and operational sides of development allows him to contribute throughout the full lifecycle of real estate projects.
